My husband and I purchased our QX56, a couple years ago from your dealership, and wanted to continue having the vehicle serviced at your location if possible. Unfortunately we live in between the 2 local dealerships in our area, so it is not really convenient to use either. But we would prefer to use the dealer where we purchased the vehicle from, I would like just to take a couple minutes of your time to acknowledge the customer service given if the service level meet our expectations. Anyway, due to the level of customer service provided by Debbie Simone, on a regularly basis, we will continue to use your dealership for the lifetime of our vehicle. Debbie is quite professional, yet very welcoming. She takes the time to make the customer comfortable and at the same time takes the time to really explain the service that will be performed. Debbie is also very considerate of my time and tries to accommodate my needs as much as possible. I have spoken to David Zane a couple times about the service given by Debbie, and he had mentioned that the dealership was trying to match the customers with one particular Service Rep. and I think that is a great idea. I know that Debbie will handle all my needs in a professional and timely matter. Hey Kevin, I just wanted to thank you again for a smooth, pleasurable transaction and for your way of making me feel totally comfortable from beginning to end. I wasn't in a huge hurry to trade in my manual for an automatic to alleviate the pain of shifting from my neck injury, but I'm really glad we were able to get it done on my first foray into the process. My neck feels better already. I am really loving the CLK 500 I bought off the lot. I was expecting to trade in my manual 03 G35 for maybe an 05 to 07 automatic G, but that MB caught my eye and that was the end of my search. There are things I like better about Infinitis but I figured this was the only chance I would ever have to drive a Benz so I went for it. Please thank Debbi, my service rep and the technician who figured out that the constant beeping noise the car was making was from a 3rd party radar detector with a hidden knob. That was a quick find and now I can enjoy the peace and quiet of the interior of my car, when I'm not blasting MMR on the radio. They even got me out quick enough that I was able to get to work on time. Great work, as always, by Holman service, even on a Mercedes Benz. The reason why I wanted to extend a thank you is because I have been racking my brain as to how I can improve my credit. After college and all the expenses that came along in life I had a bad start into BUILDING credit. It was very frustrating trying to search for a vehicle since my previous car became unreliable after I have landed a well-paying, full time job. Being as though my credit wasn't up to many of dealership's standards I kept hitting a dead end regaurdless of the fact that I could afford it. Dexter, Just a note of praise on your exceptional sales associate, Stephen Neczypor. Steve recently helped me purchase my 2007 G35x at the end of lease. Having dealt with sales personnel at BMW, Ford, Saturn, and others, I can tell you Steve is the best I have ever had to work with. He was attentive to detail, gave me good suggestions (found better financing than I could on my own), and laid out some alternatives for me, all in a professional no-pressure manner. He promised me a speedy closing and he delivered on that. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, since he was gracious enough to handle much of the details with me over the last month by phone, email, and fax. Steve was always prompt in returning my calls or emails. He even offered to assist me with future repair/maintenance needs. This is true 360 degrees service! None of the other Infiniti dealers I contacted for this came close to his level of customer service, which is why I chose Holman Infiniti. Hi John - I just wanted to share my feedback regarding the purchase of my new Infiniti G37x this past Friday (4/30/2010). To be honest, I rarely (really almost never) make an effort to provide positive feedback on anything we purchase as I generally expect a certain level of good service. But wanted to take the time to let you know that you have an excellent staff and should be proud of the efforts they made this past weekend to take care of our new car needs. My initial impression was very skeptical when dealing with your internet department as the price you provided was outstanding when compared to other dealerships. My plan was to wait until end of May or June but based on your offer - I could not wait. I spoke to Emily and Jennifer who both were fantastic and very helpful! I could not ask more from either of them, especially Emily given we started really discussing the purchase into the afternoon on that Friday. When I arrived at your dealership with my wife, and two children (3 and 7 years old) we were met by Stephen Neczypor who was outstanding! He had the paperwork ready, and was efficient and thorough in explaining everything from the paperwork to the features on our new car - even staying late to be sure we had everything we needed. All in all a very good experience - even with the finance guy where generally I have reservations about all the 'upgrades' offered. He was great in helping us weigh the pro's and con's of each option and we ended up buying the service package over 5 years.
