The only problem I had, and the reason it is 4 stars for now and not 5, is that there was a significant scratch on the casing for the driver's side mirror. However, after many failed attempts to work out a good deal I started to widen my search. I began working with Emily Salamone and a sales person with Passport Infiniti of VA. Emily and the Passport sales person initially presented almost the same lease deal. Because Emily was so attentive to my needs and upfront and put everything in writing for me, I really felt that Holman cared for their customers and was willing to do whatever it takes to win my business. I must also say how impressed I was with the Holman Infiniti showroom. It seemed spacious, bright, and friendly and a great place to work or to just drop your car off! But honestly I would never have purchased with Holman if I had not connected with Emily Salamone. She has won my business!!
