Every year Holman schedules two working days and designates them as a “Day of Caring.” Employees from all locations sign up to work around the community. Some help paint, do some landscaping, work in the office—just about anything that can help the agencies. In September 2010, employees again took time off to volunteer for a “Day of Caring.” This year was spent at one of the Bancroft programs in Voorhees, New Jersey. Bancroft’s mission is to ensure that every person is given opportunities for lifelong learning and fulfillment. They do this by altering perceptions, and by supporting those with intellectual and developmental challenges and acquired brain injuries in achieving their life goals as valued and respected members of our world. Employees from our New Jersey Infiniti dealership helped with landscaping projects on site.
