Serving Maple Shade, NJ

For SUV shoppers who refuse to compromise in the areas of performance, luxury and overall style, the INFINITI QX60 is a natural choice. This is a midsize luxury crossover SUV that has been impressing drivers and passengers since its introduction in the 2013 model year. While deciding to take home a gorgeous QX60 SUV is easy to do, you may be on the fence about whether a 2018 model or the newer 2019 model is the best option for you. Comparing the two model years closely may provide you with the clarity you seek.

Features

The most significant differences between the 2019 INFINITI QX60 and the previous model year are found in the features. The 2019 INFINITI QX60 adds several new safety features as standard equipment. These include a predictive forward-collision warning, pedestrian detection, forward emergency braking, and blind spot monitoring. The ProAssist package is also standard and includes adaptive cruise control, auto high beams, a lane departure alert with assistance, front and rear sonar and blind spot intervention. Depending on the trim selected, the QX60 for both model years includes a heated, leather steering wheel with mounted controls, a Bose premium sound system, wireless headphones, a CD player, Bluetooth technology, USB ports, an In-Touch system, heated and powered front seats, an Intelligent View display, an 8-inch color display with 3D graphics and numerous other features.

Performance

While there are notable differences throughout the 2018 INFINITI QX60 and the 2019 model, the performance capabilities are untouched. This 7-passenger SUV is available in a Pure and a Luxe trim. The trims are both powered by a 3.5-liter, V6 engine with direct fuel injection that gives you 295 horsepower. Front-wheel drive is standard for both trims, or you can upgrade to an all-wheel drive variation. The V6 engine is mated to a continuously variable automatic transmission with a manual shift mode as well as selected driving modes for snow, sport and more. Other equipment that promotes superior performance includes speed-sensitive power steering, a front independent strut suspension with coil springs and a stabilizer bar, a rear independent multi-link suspension with shock absorbers and a stabilizer bar, 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with sensing capabilities and alloy wheels with all-season tires.

Appearance

INFINITI did not make any design changes to the interior or exterior of the QX60 between the 2018 and 2019 model years. The vehicle continues to have an elegant profile with a graceful front end, sophisticated contouring accented by chrome details around the windows and running board, fog lights, LED headlights and an integrated spoiler over the tailgate. Inside, you will find leather trim available in several colors along with decorative contrast stitching and a graphite weave. Optional maple or dark, silver-colored wood accents are available upon request.
