Both vehicles have a number of enticing standard amenities and available features that put them head and shoulders above the competition. The 2019 QX60 doesn’t get many changes for the 2019 model year. However, the names have been re-shuffled on some of its trim levels. This year’s luxury crossover still features a quiet and comfortable ride that makes even the longest ride more pleasant. You’ll find three rows of seats in the 2019 QX60 and room for five adults. The 2019 QX50 also belongs to the class of luxury crossovers. This year, it gets an innovative new engine for greater power and performance. In contrast to the QX60, the QX50 gets a complete design overhaul for 2019 that brings a fresh new look to both its exterior and its cabin.

The QX60 comes standard with a 3.5L six-cylinder engine that produces a maximum of 295 HP at 6,400 RPM. The engine also has a torque output of 270 LB-FT at 4,800 RPM. It is matched to a continuously variable automatic transmission, but a manual shift mode puts you in control of the gearing when you want a more empowering driving experience. With this INFINITI model, you have the option of getting either front-wheel drive or intelligent all-wheel drive. The QX50 gets a new engine this year. In addition to improving the crossover’s power, this engine also earns the distinction of being one of the 10 best engines as ranked by Wards. The engine is the same in all three trim levels of the QX50 this year. It is a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces a maximum of 268 HP at 5,600 RPM. It also has a top torque production of 280 LB-FT at a range between 1,600 and 4,800 RPM. The engine is paired with a continuously variable transmission. It has a multi-drive select mechanism that provides better control based on road conditions. Front-wheel drive is standard.

Both crossovers have a distinct, sophisticated exterior style that turns heads. The QX60 features LED daytime running lights and LED brake lights. Integrated LED fog lights are also part of the crossover’s package. The lights also come with an automatic on-off feature. A moonroof is standard on all trim levels, and a panoramic moonroof with a sunshade is optional. Dark chrome accents accentuate the front grille, door moldings, and fog lamps. A power-operated rear liftgate is standard, and a motion-activated liftgate is optional. Roof rails are standard on some trims and auto-dimming side mirrors are optional. Automatic LED lights are also standard on the QX50. This trim also has integrated LED fog lights. A panoramic roof is optional on the higher trim levels.
